Donald Price, 30, from South Hill has been found guilty of the 2022 murder of 37-year-old West End resident Kimberly Fleming.
Fleming was reported missing to the Royal Anguilla Police Force on 20 February 2022 – her body was discovered in South Hill five days later.
Following an investigation led by the Major Crime Unit, Price, aged 26 at the time, was apprehended and charged with her murder.

He first appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on 28 February 2022 when he was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison in The Valley to await trial.

On 20 October, this year, the case was brought before a 12-member jury in the Anguilla High Court, and on 3 November they returned a guilty verdict.
Commissioner of Police Robert Clark thanked the investigative team, the Attorney General’s Chambers, and members of the community who provided assistance throughout the investigation and judicial process.
“This verdict represents an important step toward justice for Kimberly and her loved ones,” he said in a Royal Anguilla Police Force press release.
“We remain committed to ensuring that those who commit acts of violence are held accountable before the law.”
Price has been remanded to prison while he awaits his sentence which is expected to be handed down on the week of 8 December, once the judge has received the pre-sentencing report.
This year 11 homicides have been reported in Anguilla – with no charges yet brought in any of the cases.
