The Parenting Circle, a series of family-focused sessions, is now underway, offering parents and their babies a welcoming space to connect, learn and grow together.
Th programme begins with a five-week free baby massage course designed to nurture parent-child bonding, support infant wellbeing, and help parents build confidence in caregiving.
It is part of the Family First programme offered by the Community Services Planning Unit and will be led by certified instructor Paula O’Connor of the International Association of Infant Massage.

In a press release, O’Connor said: “The benefits of baby massage are countless – improved sleep, emotional regulation and stronger parent-child bonding.
“I’m pleased to partner with the Community Services Planning Unit through the Family First programme to share this gift with families across Anguilla.”
Classes begin on 31 January, running on Saturdays from 10am to 11.30am, with a small group of eight babies aged under 12 months and their parents to ensure a calm and personalised experience.
It will take place at the Tea Box Lounge in South Hill until 28 February.
Interested parents are encouraged to register early via telephone or WhatsApp at (264) 584-1970 to secure a spot.
The unit will continue to roll out Family First sessions throughout 2026, with a focus on nurturing relationships, strengthening families and supporting mental wellbeing.
