Anguilla police report grievous bodily harm and offensive weapon arrests

The Royal Anguilla Police Force has made arrests in two separate cases involving alleged grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon.

Ricardo Frazer, 35, of Spring Path appeared before the Anguilla Magistrate’s Court on 9 December charged with GBH in connection with an incident in Blowing Point on 28 November.

He was granted EC$35,000 bail with one surety and conditions – he must surrender all his travel documents to the court and not leave Anguilla without court permission.

Meanwhile, Gary Fleming, 50, of Deep Waters was remanded to His Majesty’s Prison after being charged with being armed with an offensive weapon.

The charge was in connection with an incident that occurred in Island Harbour on 7 December, police said in a press release.
