A 37-year-old man charged with multiple offences, including sexual assault against a child, has been granted bail.
His list of official charges include possession of obscene photos and videos, procuration of a minor, encouraging a minor, blackmail and indecent assault on a minor.
The accused appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on 10 February where he was awarded bail in the sum of EC$25,000 with one surety and conditions.
His conditions include a 7pm-5am curfew, travel restrictions, no contact with complainant or witnesses and a requirement to report to police every Monday and Friday.
