Thirty-seven-year-old Keithroy Marshall from North Valley has been charged with two counts of blackmail.
The Safeguarding Investigations Unit within the Royal Anguilla Police Force laid the charges on 21 July, according to a police press release on 23 July.
Anguilla Focus has reached out to the police press office for details of the offence and is awaiting a response.
Officers of the Tactical Unit made two additional arrests on 22 July shortly after 7pm while on mobile patrol.
They arrested a 20-year-old man from Mount Fortune and a 30-year-old man from Stoney Ground for possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition.
