Aaliyah Webster-Robinson, known by the stage name Lil Stinger, delivered a dazzling performance to win the 2026 Junior Calypso Monarch title and a prize of EC$2,000.
Seven young performers showcased their talent and passion for the art form before an enthusiastic audience at the Landsome Bowl Cultural Centre on 30 July.
Liam Connor who performs under the name Mighty Justice placed first runner-up, while Tsehai Carty, known as Calypso Ray, took second runner-up following the evening of competition.

The other contestants were Andirian Fleming – Island Skipper, Xaiya Gibbons – Singing Xai, Andeja Bremner – Princess Paige and two-time former champion Sabria Richardson – Singing Sabbie.
The Anguilla Summer Festival team praised the competitors for their efforts in a Facebook post following the event.
“A heartfelt congratulations also goes out to all of the talented contenders who gave outstanding performances and competed with passion, confidence and true Calypso spirit,” they said.
“Your dedication and talent made this year’s competition one to remember. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you. The future of calypso is bright.”
Lil Stinger will represent Anguilla at the St Kitts Junior Calypso Competition on 13 December as part of a cultural exchange programme between Anguilla Summer Festival and St Kitts and Nevis National Carnival.
