Liam has made history as Anguilla’s inaugural Junior Soca Monarch after impressing judges and the audience with his dynamic performance.
Lil’ Raj finished as first runner-up, while Rikky Vybz claimed the second runner-up prize in what organisers hailed as the start of a new Anguilla Summer Festival tradition.
The remaining three contestants – King Quan, Kedon and Zaro – also showcased their talent and stage presence at the Landsome Bowl Cultural Centre on 30 July.

Dubbing the contest as an “unforgettable debut”, the festival team said in a Facebook post the show was “nothing short of electrifying”.
“The energy was incredible, the performances were outstanding and the future of soca is shining brighter than ever,” they said.
The team congratulated all of the contestants and added: “Every one of you brought the energy, the vibes and the true spirit of soca to the stage.
“You made this inaugural competition one to remember and proved that the future of our music is in great hands.
“This is the beginning of what promises to become a cherished Anguilla Summer Festival tradition. We can’t wait to see this event grow for years to come.”
