Executive chef Samuel Knight told Anguilla Focus that winning the award was a proud moment for the entire D Richards team.

“I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together and grateful to everyone who has contributed to this success. We look forward to continuing to deliver exceptional dining experiences at Aurora,” he said.

Meanwhile, general manager Sean Robertson described the recognition as a “significant honour” for the restaurant and the resort.

“Exceptional dining is central to the experience we offer, and we believe the finest meals are remembered as much for the hospitality as for the cuisine,” he told Anguilla Focus.

“This award reflects the talent of our chefs and the thoughtful, attentive service that makes each evening special. We are proud of what our team has achieved and grateful to our guests for their continued support.

“This recognition strengthens our commitment to delivering the quality and personal care they expect from Aurora.”
