Police announce public meetings to discuss five year policing plan

The Royal Anguilla Police Force is inviting the public to participate in consultation to inform the development of its Policing Plan 2025–2030.

The plan, titled ‘Together for a Safer Anguilla’, will outline the police force’s strategic priorities over the next five years.

At the moment, these include tackling gun crime, enhancing road safety, safeguarding vulnerable persons, and fostering community-led policing.

A series of town hall meetings and an online consultation will provide an opportunity for community members to share their thoughts and feedback on the proposed priorities.

In a press release on 13 January, Commissioner of Police Robert Clark said the success of the policing plan hinges on the active involvement of our community.

“This consultation is an opportunity to build trust, share ideas, and work collaboratively to make Anguilla safer for everyone,” he added.

The town hall meetings will take place on:

  • Wednesday, 15 January, 6.30pm – Alwyn Allison Primary School (District 7)
  • Thursday, 16 January, 6.30pm –  Adrian T Hazell Primary School (District 6)
