David Mizrahi, CEO of SF Investments and Port Nimara, said: “Equinox Hotels perfectly aligns with our vision of Port Nimara, Anguilla, in creating unparalleled luxury marine lifestyle destinations.
“Their focus on high-performance living and exceptional health-driven experiences complements the unique vibrancy of our destination.
“With Equinox Resort Anguilla Port Nimara, we are elevating the residential offering, providing future owners with a lifestyle that blends performance, luxury, and community in a breathtaking Caribbean setting.”

The multi-million dollar marina which is designed to accommodate yachts up to 240 feet is currently in the early excavation phase, with construction of the hotel and villas planned to begin in 2026.
Equinox Resort Anguilla Port Nimara will include an Equinox Club – all-day healthy dining with a lively social scene, the award-winning The Spa by Equinox Hotels, and luxury shopping.
In a press release on 18 November, Christopher Norton, CEO of Equinox Hotels, said: “We are thrilled to bring our unique approach to luxury performance hospitality to Port Nimara, Anguilla.
“Our expansion into this region reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence.
“We are dedicated to creating spaces that combine urban sophistication with resort excitement, providing our guests with unparalleled experiences that align with their high-performance lifestyles.”

Christie’s International will be supporting with the sales due to start in the first quarter of 2026 – led by broker Dominique Silvera, founder and chairman of Christie’s International Real Estate Barbados.
Port Nimara is being developed by South West Harbour Inc – a joint venture of SF Investments Ltd, Time Equities Inc, and Anguilla-based developer Antillean Developments Inc.
The development represents the latest project from the SF Group, which evolved from SF Marina, a designer, manufacturer and installer of premium floating concrete pontoons and breakwaters.
As well as the luxury resort, the marina will include a promenade filled with restaurants and bars, and access to the nearby beaches.
The ground was broken at the Port Nimara site in 2023 and developers announced that excavation work had begun at the beginning of this year.
The marina is scheduled to welcome its first vessels in 2027, while the Equinox Resort Anguilla Port Nimara will welcome its first guests in 2029.
