The Manoah Boutique Hotel on Shoal Bay has announced the appointment of its new general manager – Etiennette Clamouze.
With 25 years in the luxury hospitality, she has built her experience in Paris, the French Riviera, St Martin, St Barts and Anguilla over the past 10 years.
“Etiennette is here to transform the guest experience and elevate every single detail, from the pristine sands of Shoal Bay to the service in every suite,” a post from the resort said on 30 October.
Clamouze is known for securing and maintaining five-star status at multiple properties throughout her career.
She once took a resort from unrated on Tripadvisor to a five-star rating in just four months, Manoah said, adding: “That’s the level of commitment you can expect.”

The resort went on to say that under Clamouze’s direction, it is not just reopening following peak hurricane season, but “redefining luxury”.
It will be introducing L’Étoile – a high-gastronomy restaurant, featuring the artistry of world-renowned Chef Didier Aniès.
The resort is also committed to personalised detailed service, impeccable guest comfort and building a culture of pride, teamwork and excellence for both staff and the community, it added.
The Manoah Boutique Hotel opened in December 2016 and features 25 ocean‑view rooms and suites, a beachfront pool and direct access to Shoal Bay.
