Members of the public are invited to share their views on how government funds should be spent in the year ahead.
The ‘Citizens’ Budget Survey’ allows residents, business owners and community groups to express their ideas on what the priorities should be in the upcoming budget.
Rochelle Bryan, budget officer at the Ministry of Finance, shared the initiative in a video on the government’s Facebook page on 15 May.
She said it was designed to promote greater transparency and citizen engagement in the budgeting process.
“As we prepare the 2026 Budget, we want to hear directly from you – the people of Anguilla.
“Your input is vital in helping us understand the priorities that matter most to individuals, communities and businesses across the island,” she said.
Bryan explained that the feedback will guide ministers as they make key decisions about how public funds should be allocated.
“We encourage everyone to take part – whether you representing a community group, a business or simply sharing your personal views – your voice matters,” she said.
She thanked participants for their cooperation and said it will help shape a national budget that reflects the needs and aspirations of all Anguillians.
