Two stolen cars linked to criminal activity in Anguilla this past month have been located and recovered, police have said.
A 2003 silver Nissan Liberty with the registration number PF291 was reported missing, police announced on 3 July.
Commissioner of Police Robert Clark, speaking at a press conference on 18 July, said the car was used in two shootings.
The first was on Back Street on 30 June and the second was at the Landsome Bowl Cultural Centre on 21 July, he said.
A 2005, bright blue Toyota Corolla with the registration plate P2909 was also reported stoled from Little Dix on 14 July.
Two statements from the Royal Anguilla Police Force on 21 July, which announced that the cars had been recovered, thanked the public for their help and vigilance.
