A 36-year-old man from North Side has been charged with indecent assault, blackmail, procuration of a minor, and indecent publication.
The charges stem from incidents that are alleged to have occurred between February and August, this year.
Royal Anguilla Police Force has not yet named the accused who, according to a Facebook statement on 15 August, was detained following a thorough investigation.
The unemployed man was arrested on Saturday, 10 August, and appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, 14 August.
He was remanded into custody and will remain in His Majesty’s Prison until appearing back before the court on 21 August.
“The RAPF remains committed to ensuring the safety and security of the community and will continue to take decisive action against those who commit such offences,” the post said.
