This year’s Move Ya Body campaign launched with an energetic ‘On De Go Exercise Tour’ that made stops across The Valley.
The event, hosted by Colin Johnson on 13 June, featured participants from various businesses and government departments.
They engaged in fun and motivating exercises led by Sara Steele-Rogers of Retreat AXA, a government press release said on 20 June.
Attendees also enjoyed healthy refreshments and free giveaways from NAGICO Insurances, Digicel and Liberty Co-operative Credit Union.

Move Ya Body, a collaborative initiative between the National Chronic Disease Unit and the Department of Sports, aims to promote health and wellness among Anguilla’s residents.
As part of the 2025 campaign, a six-week Step Challenge is running from 13 June to 26 July. Community members are encouraged to stay active and track their daily steps.
Participants can submit their step counts regularly via WhatsApp on 1-264-583-3383, or download the Step Up app and scan the QR code available on the Move Ya Body Facebook and Instagram pages.
The top three participants with the highest step counts will win exciting prizes, including cash awards, massage vouchers and gym memberships.
The Move Ya Body campaign will also feature community fitness activities including Jam Fitness on Saturday, 26 July and Glow Fit on an upcoming date to be announced.
