FirstStarts – a programme providing free supplies for newborn babies and their mothers in Anguilla – has released its Amazon wish list for the holiday season.
The online registry features essential items such as diapers, wipes, bibs, clothing, blankets, towels, hygiene and grooming kits, breast pumps, breast pads and more.
Prices are clearly shown, making it simple to donate online, and every item goes straight to the organisation.

In a press release on 27 November, FirstStarts said: “The holiday season is here and with it comes a beautiful opportunity to pour a little extra kindness into our community.

“This year, we invite you to give the gift of love from the very start. If you’re able, we would be deeply grateful for your support.”
Donors are encouraged to act quickly, with several popular items now on special offer.
“From the ‘Start with Heart’, thank you for helping us lift families, one tiny beginning at a time,” FirstStarts said.
The initiative was launched on 13 November 2024 when Glenneva Hodge of GLH Productions, the non-profit behind the project, presented the first kits to the Department of Health Services.
A year later and members of the programme handed over their 100th kit.
The project was funded by an EC$50,000 government grant, alongside private donations from individuals and non-governmental organisations.
The wish list can be accessed by clicking here or by scanning the QR code above. More information is available at (264) 584-5152, [email protected] or on the FirstStarts social media pages.
