It comes amid the advancement of the public sector reform programme which is focused on strengthening governance, improving service delivery, and building institutional capacity across the government.

The Public Service Transformation Strategy and Action Plan 2025-2030 brings together the findings of the Public Service Reform Review, published in July 2025.

The five-year roadmap, launched on 21 January, builds on homegrown reform initiatives already in progress.

Bradley told Anguilla Focus that he is grateful to the governor for the confidence shown in extending his appointment.

“I am equally appreciative of the commitment and professionalism of my colleagues across the Anguilla public service, whose dedication continues to underpin the public sector reform programme,” he said.

“This extension provides important continuity at a critical juncture, and I remain focused on working with ministers, permanent secretaries and public officers to strengthen governance, improve service delivery, and ensure that the public service continues to serve the people of Anguilla with integrity and effectiveness.”

Crouch said the role of deputy governor remains central to the effective leadership and stewardship of the public service.

She expressed appreciation for Bradley’s continued service and commitment to professionalism and good governance.
