Trophy Properties Caribbean, a newly established luxury real estate company, has officially opened its first Anguilla office in South Hill Plaza.
The launch was celebrated with a party at the new premises on 12 November, where government leaders, clients, and local businesses mingled with the team.

“In a very short time, we’ve been able to meet with a lot of people and share our collective Trophy team resume.
“There is tremendous excitement in Anguilla and demand for the level of capabilities that Trophy Properties Caribbean provides, and we are already hard at work.”
Trophy Properties Caribbean provides expertise in buying, selling and financing large-scale land and luxury properties in Anguilla and the wider Caribbean.
It also advises on development and offers turnkey villa management and vacation rentals with a five-star concierge service.
Alongside Freeman, the other principals are Paul Weimer and Steve Haines. They are joined by real estate agent Lisa DeLong and rental specialist and office manager Leana Harris, who will be based in the new office.
They developed Trophy Properties Caribbean out of the already established Anguillian real estate brokerage, Trophy Properties Anguilla, Ltd.
Over several decades the team have collectively closed more than US$5 billion in real estate sales across the Caribbean – more than any other brokerage in Anguilla.
“We’ve combined our individual track records, unique expertise and diverse backgrounds centred around real estate sales, development, rental and management,” Freeman said.
“Together we offer individual and institutional clients the most comprehensive real estate brokerage and vacation rental/management team in Anguilla and the Caribbean – a new ‘Dream Team’.”
