Cap Juluca emerged victorious at this year’s May Day fun day, clinching the championship with a total of 152 points.
The annual event brought together teams from across Anguilla in a spirited competition that saw lots of energy and enthusiastic support.
Participants gathered at James Ronald Webster Park from 10am on 1 May to enjoy a day packed with activities including tug-of-war and running events.

At the end of the the day, Four Seasons came in second with 139 points, followed by the Government team in third place with 123 points.
The Police, Health and ANGLEC teams rounded out the scoreboard with 89, 86 and 68 points respectively.
In a Facebook post organisers from the Anguilla Amateur Athletic Federation congratulated all the teams for showing up and contributing to the success of the event.
“Without you, there would be no event,” a spokesperson said. “Congratulations again to everyone.”
