The event marked the official introduction of the project which will feature 12 villas and a collection of casitas and hotel rooms on nearly 10 acres between Aurora Anguilla Resort and SunShine Shack.
Construction on the estimated US$100 million resort is scheduled to begin the summer, with the first residences expected to be completed by the end of 2027 or early 2028.

Beach Enclave founder and CEO Vasco Borges said he is proud that the brand focuses exclusively on low-density, sustainable developments and works to preserve the natural environment.
Speaking to attendees that included government, media, and real estate and development professionals, he emphasised the company’s dedication to training and employing local residents.
Borges went on to say that he “truly fell in love with Anguilla” when he first visited the island in 2012 and found the people “warm and welcoming”.
“I will tell you one thing – I’ve been to many islands and I think Anguilla does it better than anyone else. Everyone is welcome, and I think it’s a very special, warm and authentic. ”
He also praised Anguilla for its extensive investment in the island’s infrastructure and for not developing too fast.

Acting Premier Cardigan Connor, who also serves as tourism minister, in brief remarks said he was very proud of the work of the government and the quality of Anguilla’s people.
“You could talk about infrastructure and the beautiful hotels and the likes, but at the end of the day, it is about our people,” he said.
Also addressing attendees, planning minister Kyle Hodge said he has looked forward to reaching the point of the signing of the MoU, but will be “more excited when we see boots on the ground”.
He stressed that Anguilla will benefit, in many ways including significant investment during construction, job creation, permanent employment when the property is open and increased visitor arrival.
“In addition, we have agreed on a corporate social responsibility commitment of US$1 million which will go towards meaningful social projects,” he concluded.

Beach Enclave Anguilla will feature five beachfront villas and seven ocean-view homes – with four to seven bedrooms – all crafted by Blakstad.
The Ibiza-based studio designed the most recent Beach Enclave development in the Turks and Caicos Islands, known as M-House, and was the original designer behind Cap Juluca.
In addition to the villas, the resort will include a Mediterranean-style beach club and restaurant with a pool, a modern fitness centre with sauna and ice plunge facilities, and a racquet club.
A managed rental programme will offer rental income when not in use, while full resort hospitality services will include concierge, housekeeping and optional private chef services.
Beach Enclave did not disclose the asking price of the properties during the event.

Beach Enclave was founded in 2015 in the Turks and Caicos Islands, where it now offers a collection of low-density beachfront villas and homes designed for privacy and relaxation.
Located on Grace Bay, Long Bay and the North Shore in Providenciales, the properties feature modern architecture, private pools, and indoor‑outdoor living.
The brand offers daily housekeeping, dedicated butler and concierge services, spa treatments, and a selection of curated excursions.
The expansion to Anguilla comes on the heels of the recent debut of The Reserve at Grace Bay by Beach
Enclave which received Robb Report’s Best of the Best award for the world’s top new villa.
Beach Enclave has also been named in Travel and Leisure’s World’s Best Awards and Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards, among others.
