Arrivals to Anguilla through its air and sea ports reached an all-time high of 229,734 in 2025, according to the latest published statistics.
The Anguilla Statistics Department released the arrivals figures for October, November and December of last year this month, completing the data set for 2025.
According to the reports, Anguilla saw its highest visitor numbers for any November and December since records began 33 years ago, and the fourth highest for the month of October.

Taken together with earlier figures, this means 10 of the 12 months in 2025 set new monthly highs, with September the only other month falling just short in second place after arrivals in 2024.
In October 8,271 arrived on the island – a drop of 9.2% compared to the same month in 2024 – while 18,848 arrived in November and 28,855 in December – a 16% and 20.9% increase.
Of those, 7,170, 14,736 and 22,713 arrived by sea, and 1,101, 4,112 and 6,142 by air in October, November and December.
Growing interest
Tourism director Jameel Rochester told Anguilla Focus that the Anguilla Tourist Board was “thrilled” to see arrivals to Anguilla reach an all-time high.
“This milestone reflects the growing global interest in our island as a premier Caribbean destination,” he said.
Rochester said it underscores the hard work of Anguilla’s tourism partners in delivering exceptional experiences to every visitor.
“We remain committed to sustainable growth, ensuring that Anguilla continues to welcome travellers while preserving the beauty and culture that make our island truly unique,” he added.
Stay-over vs day trippers
Tourists who stayed over for at least one night in Anguilla in October, November and December totalled 3,408, 10,013 and 14,475 – a decrease of 8.7% and increases of 7.2% and 9.6% from 2024.
Stay-over visitors represented the smallest share of arrivals to Anguilla during October at 41.2%, and the largest in November and December at 53.1% and 50.2%.
The length of stay from 2024 to 2025 increased from 6.9 to 7.7 days in October, stayed the same at 6.2 in November and decreased slightly from 6.7 to 6.6 in December.
The highest amount of visitors in October, November and December – 52.3%, 72.7% and 72.1% – came from the United States.
Meanwhile, day trip visitors to Anguilla in totalled 8,835 and 14,380 in November and December – an increase of 27.9% and 34.8% over 2024, while October recorded a 9.5% decline at 4,863.
