Representatives from every registered football club under the Anguilla Football Association (AFA) banner have completed management training.
The Anguilla Football Association, in collaboration with FIFA, hosted the FIFA Essentials Club Management Workshop on 6 October at the AFA Headquarters in The Valley.
As well as local club members, the “dynamic and hands-on” session also welcomed delegates from seven regional member associations, an AFA press release said on 12 October.

Participants attended from Barbados, the Bahamas, St Lucia, St Kitts and Nevis, the British Virgin Islands, St Maarten, Haiti and Guyana.
The workshop focused on key areas of football management including governance and leadership, strategic club structures and organisation, and strategic and operational planning.
It was facilitated by FIFA experts Pedro Correia and David Dome and provided participants with practical tools and knowledge essential to improving football governance, operations and club development.
The sessions were designed to equip participants with the skills to enhance club administration and sustainability, aligning local and regional clubs with FIFA’s global standards.
“The AFA extends sincere thanks to FIFA for its collaboration, as well as to the regional Member Associations that participated,” the press release said.
“The successful completion of this workshop marks another significant milestone in AFA’s ongoing efforts to develop football holistically, both on and off the field.”
