Beach Enclave, the renowned luxury villa brand from the Turks and Caicos Islands, has chosen Anguilla’s Rendezvous Bay for its first international expansion.
Known for its blend of understated elegance and personal service, the company plans to bring its signature style to one of the Caribbean’s most picturesque beaches.
Nearly 10 acres of oceanfront land between Aurora Anguilla Resort and Sunshine Shack has been acquired for Beach Enclave, Anguilla – an upscale development with world-class villas and premium amenities.
Construction on the estimated US$100 million resort is scheduled to begin in late 2026, with the first residences expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
Phase one
Phase one will include five beachfront villas and seven ocean-view homes, all crafted by the acclaimed Blakstad design studio.
The Ibiza-based studio designed the most recent Beach Enclave development in the TCI, known as M-House, and was the original designer behind the iconic Cap Juluca.
Each villa will range from four to seven bedrooms with spacious indoor-outdoor living areas, created for both privacy and relaxation.

Owners will be able to enjoy their villas at any time, while a managed rental programme will offer rental income when not in use.
Full resort hospitality services will also be available, including concierge, housekeeping and optional private chef services.
Luxury amenities
In addition to the villas, the resort will feature a Mediterranean-style beach club and restaurant with a pool, and a modern fitness centre with sauna and ice plunge facilities.
Guests will be able to enjoy access to a racquet club with tennis, pickleball and padel courts, designed for active lifestyles.
The resort’s amenities combine to offer a balance of wellness, recreation and relaxation, crafted to meet the expectations of discerning travellers.
Whether seeking serenity or social connection, Beach Enclave, Anguilla promises an elevated island experience unlike anywhere else on island.
A decision on phase two has not yet been finalised, but further details are expected to be announced soon.
A bay beyond
Rendezvous Bay’s powder-soft white sand and turquoise waters provide a breathtaking setting for the new development with views of St Martin’s coastline on the horizon.
The bay’s consistent onshore winds also make it ideal for kiteboarding and other water sports, adding adventure to the tranquil environment.
This location offers guests a rare combination of natural beauty, privacy and recreational opportunities.

With its serene atmosphere and unspoiled charm, the bay continues to be one of Anguilla’s most desirable destinations.
It perfectly complements Beach Enclave’s philosophy of exclusive and meaningful stays.
Local employment
Beach Enclave plans to invest heavily in the local workforce, offering extensive training and job opportunities for Anguillians during construction and operation.
Drawing on experience from the Turks and Caicos Islands, where local staff are trained in-house, the company intends to replicate this successful model.
Internships and overseas training opportunities may be provided to build strong local expertise.
By prioritising local talent, Beach Enclave aims to ensure that the project’s benefits are widely shared across Anguilla.
The resort’s goal is to create a long-term, community-rooted presence on the island.
Beach Enclave Turks & Caicos

Located on Providenciales’ award-winning shores – Grace Bay, Long Bay and the North Shore – the properties feature modern architecture, private pools, and indoor‑outdoor living.

The brand’s commitment to wellness and guest experience is reflected in offerings like daily housekeeping, dedicated butler and concierge services, spa treatments, and a selection of curated excursions.
Highly acclaimed, Beach Enclave properties have earned travel awards and consistent five‑star reviews, praised for their stylish design, privacy and unparalleled service.

Projects like the proposed marina in West End and the Turks and Caicos company building housing on Rendezvous Bay is a startling and serious overdevelopment of the island which is going to lead to the eventual owning of Anguilla by the billionaire class.
Foreign investment is generally a bad thing. Anguilla has always been separate from other Caribbean islands because of its old style, but in the past 10 years the development is starting to deteriorate the experience for all visitors, especially impacting the local lifestyle.
