A 46-year-old man from Island Harbour has been granted bail after being charged with indecent assault, according to a statement from the Royal Anguilla Police Force.
The man, whose name has not been disclosed due to the involvement of minors, was charged by the Safeguarding Investigations Unit.
He appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on 20 January, where he was granted bail in the sum of EC$50,000 with one surety and several conditions.
These include surrendering all travel documents, not leaving Anguilla without the court’s permission, and making no contact with the complainant.
