Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla is welcoming Cafe Milano back for a limited takeover at Bamboo Bar and Grill this weekend.
Following a successful run last year, the Italian dining destination has returned to the island with its celebrated flavours for a four-night dinner experience.
Based in Washington DC and Abu Dhabi, Cafe Milano has long been renowned for its approach to Italian dining, earning a devoted following among global tastemakers.

Under the vision and leadership of founder Franco Nuschese, Cafe Milano has evolved into far more than a restaurant, a press release from Four Seasons said.
It is now a reflection of a refined Italian lifestyle, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel celebrated and at home.
At Bamboo, an open air restaurant just steps from Meads Bay, those classics will meet Anguilla’s laid-back luxury from 16 to 19 January between 6pm to 9pm.
Bringing the vision to the table is culinary director Franco Sangiacomo, whose expertise, respect for Italian tradition, creativity and precision shapes a menu that is both authentic and inspired.
Dishes feature roasted octopus, house-made pappardelle, tortelli, pan seared black cod, tiramisu and more.
Emmanuel ‘Manu’ Calderon, executive chef at Four Seasons Resort Anguilla, said Cafe Milano was a standout moment for the resort’s guests last year.
“We are excited to welcome Franco and his team back, this time as a full takeover at Bamboo. This return continues our focus on bringing distinctive dining experiences to the resort.”
